Sustainable Energy Initiatives

At CTA Apparels, we are steadfast in our commitment to the environment, demonstrating it through substantial renewable energy initiatives. Notably, our commitment encompasses the implementation of a 1 MW solar energy system installed across our manufacturing units, coupled with an additional 1.5 MW solar setup at our fabric processing unit. In line with our drive for cleaner manufacturing, we are also planning to use cleaner fuels such as PNG Bi-Fuel HSD to significantly reduce emissions, reflecting our holistic approach to sustainability. This dual approach exemplifies our dedication to reducing our carbon footprint and championing a greener, more sustainable future.

Furthermore, our initiative extends beyond reduction and recycling, as evidenced by our ambitious tree planting campaign, contributing to the planting of over 50,000 trees. Water Conservation

CTA Apparels stands at the vanguard of water conservation, showcasing our commitment through the implementation of our state-of-the-art Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facility, the MEE + ATFD 65 KLD plant, capable of treating and reusing up to 90% of our wastewater. This initiative is complemented by our advanced four-stage Reverse Osmosis process, further enhancing the quality of water used in our fabric processing operations. Additionally, our commitment to the environment is further demonstrated through our extensive rainwater harvesting and groundwater recharge projects, which contribute significantly to our sustainable water use strategy.
