A modern well equipped Sampling unit caters exclusively to the sampling needs of our clients. High-quality fabrics are sourced from various locations at Home and Overseas. The Accessories adorning our garments, right from the tiniest rivet to the most indulgent Lace are also sourced from the finest in the industry. Our vast business experience ensures that our clients get the best Fabric and Style at the Right price. The Fashion trends are analyzed months in advance and Samples are created according to the Client's requirements and the Season. The designs are worked upon either by our Design team or Order from the Client

Pattern Making
At CTA we use the latest Computer garment grading technology; CAD, Digitizer and Plotter to make perfectly cut and balanced production patterns. The latest customized computer Software enables us to calculate the ideal Fabric Consumption for our Garments.

Laboratory Testing
At CTA we are using both Physical and Chemical testing through Presto crock meter, Digital transverse thread counter, Bessley balance, Loundarometer / Washometer "M" with change in Color grey scale, PH-meter, Hot air Oven, GSM equipments etc, Our in- house state of the art fabric testing laboratory ensures that all fabrics are tested to comply with the Buyer's specifications.

Fabric Inspection
The Fabric used in our Garments is procured from noted Textile mills in the Country & Overseas. Every inch of the fabric is checked for uniformity in Color, Printing & Finishing. We have a fabric inspection houses These act as central ware houses which issue fabric & trims to our factories. 100% checking of fabric is done at 4-Point System, prior to being issued to the factories.

Garment Manufacturing
Latest machinery available in the World is used in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plants. The most modern machinery from Juki is used in our Manufacturing plants. A mix of Simple lock stitches, Multi needle over locks, Flat locks, Band Knife cutting Machines, Fusing Machines, Special machines for operations like Piping and Shearing, Lock stitch, Button stitch and Cuff and Collar finishing machines, give every garment that perfect look which our clients prefer.

Garment Finishing
Our commitment to our client does not end with Stitching. We lay equal emphasis on their correct Finishing. Our Finishing units are equipped with the latest Finishing equipments like Steam iron vacuum tables, Vacuum thread suckers, & Cold spot stain removing machines. The entire consignment is rechecked prior to Finishing. Every care is taken to ensure the perfection of the Garments that reach our Valued Customers.
